Adventure activities are subject to availability, weather conditions, and operational permissions, with additional charges applicable, while nearby attractions include Debrigarh Wildlife Sanctuary, a popular nature and wildlife destination near Hirakud, known for its rich biodiversity and scenic wilderness.

Important Information

  • Standard tariffs are based on double occupancy.
  • One child below 6 years may stay complimentary using existing bedding, including scheduled meals.
  • Guests aged 13 years and above are considered adults.
  • An additional adult is chargeable at 40% of the applicable room tariff, including extra bedding and meals.
  • Maximum occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years, subject to accommodation availability.
  • Guests must present a valid government-approved photo ID at check-in.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the tents. Designated outdoor smoking areas may be used where available.
  • Loud music, external Bluetooth speakers, and disruptive noise are not permitted.
  • Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
  • Pets are not permitted at the retreat.
  • Early check-in and late arrivals must be communicated to the front office and are subject to availability and approval.
  • Driver accommodation may be available on a chargeable, first-come, first-served basis with prior intimation.

Standard Cancellation Policy

  • 15 Days or More Before Arrival
    • An 80% refund of the advance deposit will be processed after deduction of applicable government taxes and standard bank transaction charges.
  • 7–14 Days Before Arrival
    • A 50% refund of the advance deposit will be issued after deduction of the applicable government tax amount.
  • 6 Days or Less Before Arrival
    • No refund will be applicable.
  • Bookings for stays between 15 December 2026 and 5 January 2027, major festivals, and national long weekends are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-amendable.
  • In case of a no-show, 100% of the advance deposit will be forfeited.
  • No refund or credit will be provided for unused nights in case of early departure.
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations or failure to arrive due to roadblocks, traffic disruptions, vehicle accidents, extreme weather, park closures, or other logistical circumstances beyond the property's direct control.
